Thursday, May 31, 2012. I am bad at this. I was thinking about doing a juice diet since I know a few people who have had success with it lately but I feel like it would be expensive. I would still have to cook regular meals for Chad and Sophie. I would like to try it, maybe someone could let me know how much fruit/veg is required for a week. Wednesday, May 9, 2012. So over the years I have been setting goals to lose weight and never following through. Starting today I am trying again, this time it is going to work! I realize I haven't been keeping up with my blog, so if no one is reading this that is fine, it is still a way for me to track my progress, however, if there is anyone still reading that has some tasty healthy recipes, please let me know. Monday, March 28, 2011. So I am probably the worst blogger, but I have had a little secret and I find it hard to blog when you have one big thing on your mind that you just can't tell yet! Everything else just seems so. We really weren't expecting it, but we are EXPECTING! Yep, baby number 2 is on the way! I am 14 weeks along now and feeling ok. I feel MUCH better than the last time, but still pretty gross. So that is our news! I love this dress. This is how she likes to watch TV. Always room for more.

Monday, January 24, 2011. I guess i should post about Sophie's 1st Christmas since i forgot to before. It was perfect. It was a green Christmas.my favorite kind! We got some family pictures taken and had fun relaxing and spending time with family. I took this picture of Sophie, i took about 30 pictures trying to get her to smile but it just didn't happen.all 30 pictures basically look like this one.but she is cute none the less. Tuesday, April 19, 2011. We have been in New Glasgow for the last 6 and a half weeks, and we have about a week left. Chad has been taking a course for work and after this and one more big exam on the 30th he will be a full Electrician. We are pretty excited for him to finish! Friday, December 2, 2011. So i knew it had been a while since I last posted, but 5 months! So A LOT has happened in 5 months. We now have a little boy who will be 3 months old tomorrow. Sophie had her 1st birthday. And we bought a house and are all moved in. This is his birth story. Finn Anderson Quist was born on Sept 3 at 8:14pm. He was 3 weeks early! Se they were over flowing with pregnant woman! Th Sophie and did some last minute packing for us which was a huge help! Jocelyne, Greg and Co.

Saturday, July 10, 2010. Today I hit the 30 week mark. 10 weeks left, or 70 days! Of course this is till my due date and I am anticipating going late, but I will still be counting down! So what did I do on this overcast, muggy, hot saturday to celebrate my 30 weeks. I mopped the kitchen floor! Let me tell you, it was not easy, but it needed to be done! Thursday, September 23, 2010. Well, I am a little behind on posting this. But our little girl arrived on Monday Sept 13, 2010 at 5:40am. After 17 hours of active labor :( She weighed 8 lbs and 11 oz. That was a little bigger than I was expecting but not too far off. I am glad she was 5 days early though because she would have only gotten bigger! 10 minutes later he got his wish.
