A few days ago I was grumbling about having chosen the most unforgiving clothing to form my festival wardrobe, and how I’ve not got very long to get in shape for it. The battle of the bulge is something almost all of us are continually waging, so in case it’s helpful, I thought I’d share some of my battle stratagems.
