I recently gave these to a friend for her birthday, and she said ‘OMG! 8217;, presumably in a good way… But I love making them. 1 tsp baking powder. 200g butter, softened. 1 egg, beaten. 2 – 3 tubes of smarties (I used two tubes, and SOMEONE ate the other *looks innocent*).
