I’m officially Auntie {an-tee not un-tee} Mel and she has my middle name🙂 The girls got their first cousin, too, and I’m so excited for them to grow up together. About a week ago we were laying in bed looking at David’s planner, going over our schedules and talking about all these different dates in June…. Me: This is Lo’s due date and what is this (June 14)? I think it’s Father’s Day. David: Yeah, I think so. Me: We need to figure out gifts then. Then I look at my phone and there’s no holiday on the calendar. Me: yeah, that’s our anniversary. Grandma got Rowan her first pair of jeans so today we felt the need to have a picture fest to show them off. Then I couldn't stop taking pictures since she was being all happy and cute. Besides laying on your chest for the first few months. Maybe you’ll have to listen to them cry for a while because they will be colicky….and sometimes there just isn’t much you can do about it……you get the picture. You can plan all you want, but a big part of parenting is rolling with the punches and trusting God to handle the rest.
