Hopeful Rae of Sunshine. January 19, 2015. Every day is so wonderful. Then suddenly it’s hard to breathe. Now and then I get insecure. From all the pain, I’m so ashamed. Genetically I am pre disposed to weight gain. I come from 2 parents who both battled with their weight, I have poly cystic ovarian syndrome (one of the symptoms can be weight gain and difficulty losing weight) but still I own the realisation that I contributed significantly to my medical diagnosis of obesity.
