Friday, September 14, 2007. The news that didn't make it in the news. The Lake Chapala area from Chapala to Jocotepec has thousands of retirees from the US, Canada, and Europe living there. Some live there full time, others are part-timers. Many tourists also visit the area. My in-laws are full-time residents in San Juan Cosala'. Their home is on an east west road, so they escaped the destruction from the tromba. Blogs and other info sources. Http:/ www.mexico-with-heart.com/blog/. Referred to in some of...

Chapala Canuck: Mexican National Chili Cookoff!
http://chapalacanuck.blogspot.com/2011/02/mexican-national-chili-cookoff.html
The adventures of a Canadian and her cranky cat living in Mexico. All writings are my own and bear no resemblance to persons living or dead, and all are works of fiction from my imagination. Any resemblance to any person dead, alive or guilty is purely coincidental. Saturday, February 19, 2011. Mexican National Chili Cookoff! It was a perfect day, sunny and warm and I found a great free parking spot! The pay parking was less than $1 US but hey, free is great too! The merchandise for sale was fabulous!
