Hot fudge cake in a slow cooker. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 2 tablespoons baking cocoa. 2 teaspoons baking powder. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional). 3/4 cup packed brown sugar. 1/4 cup baking cocoa. 1 1/2 cups hot water. 2 Mix brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa in small bowl.
