Having moved to Belize from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada on April 2nd, 2007 I found it difficult to communicate with my many friends back home efficiently and decided to begin a blog where I could post pictures for all to see. I was gifted an opportunity to purchase a digital camera of rather good quality on sale and have it brought to me here by a friend of a friend here in San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, Belize.

Sunday, July 20, 2008. Holidays in Canada, Winnipeg Folk Festival. As the plane carried me over the Southern United States, I noticed an incredible cloud display but I just don't think these pictures capture what my eyes were seeing. I took a bunch of pictures of the kids playing in the grass but most of them didn't turn out so good. Here is Larissa, she's my favorite kid in the whold wide world, don't you know? My bros, Wayne and Doug, Wayne is the youngest of 6 boys and 1 girl, he's also the biggest!

Saturday, April 19, 2008. Spending Time in San Pedro. So, what have I been doing in San Pedro while waiting for Brahma Blue to open? Well the obvious was to take walks on the beach, past rows of Coconut trees that line the beach.
