Tuesday, June 25, 2013. Parker played t-ball for the first time this spring. He loved it and learned a lot! His favorite position was short stop because the ball came there the most! His team was the Rockies which was ironic since we were getting ready to move to Colorado :-). Getting read to bat! Waiting to run home! He was so excited to get this trophy from the coach! Monday, July 22, 2013. The Move to Colorado. And our adventure continues in Colorado! Travis got an oncology residency at Colorado State University, so we said goodbye to North Carolina after our one year stay there for internship. We're excited to move forward to this last step of Travis's educational pursuits and to live in such a beautiful place (and that we don't have to move again for at least 3 years)! Saturday, November 15, 2014. The day of Parker's baptism was really cold and snowy! Everyone talked about how even though it was cold outside, we can feel the warmth of our Heavenly Father's and Savior's love through the Spirit. GG and Papa were able to come from Alaska which made the day even more special! And Parker's best friend Collin and his mom were able to come too. Sunday, June 29, 2014. Waiting to board the plane! Eating ice cream while our flight was delayed for a mechanical problem. We ended up getting a brand new airplane straight from the hangar! We rode the train to Talkeetna. It was raining for our ride, but it was still really fun! We saw some moose on the side of the tracks, walked around the train and upstairs to the big glass viewing cars, and drank hot chocolate and ate cinnamon rolls in the dining car. View from top floor. Sunday, November 30, 2014. We had a PAW Patrol birthday party with all of Alek's daycare friends. Saturday, November 15, 2014. The day of Parker's baptism was really cold and snowy! Thursday, July 17, 2014. Summer Bowling Family Night. Jeffery's approach is so hilarious. Luckily I have it on video. Ethan had so much fun tonight. He did pretty good, too. Maybe this is where Jeffery get's it from? When I bowl, my ball stays 3 inches off the floor until it gets 10 feet from the pins.
