https://ianburtonjohnson.wordpress.com/2013/06/08/room-101-class-picnic
Last Day of School. Room 101 Class Picnic. June 8, 2013. Mom and I went to my class picnic on Weds. I got to play with my friends for one last time before we part ways. This year was awesome. I was a little skeptical about going to school from 8:15am-3:00pm (twice a week) but I think my hard work and long hours paid off! This entry was posted in Uncategorized. Last Day of School. The Petry Family: A few favs....
http://thepetryfamily.blogspot.com/2011/11/few-favs.html
Wednesday, November 16, 2011. Here are a few favorite pictures from the month of November. Enjoying ColdStone on Daddy's birthday. Playing Kinect with Daddy (which he got for his birthday). A glimpse of what it will be like when Gordon starts driving.watch out! This was the following morning and he was feeling a lot better.he requested ravioli for breakfast. Considering he had hardly had an appetite for a few days, who was I to argue. He chowed down! Hands (and foot) up! Gabe, Cathy and Gordon.
The Petry Family: SNOW
http://thepetryfamily.blogspot.com/2012/03/snow.html
Wednesday, March 14, 2012. I suppose it is a bit ironic for me to post pictures about a snow storm while we are having highs of 75 this week.but what would a post of mine be if it wasn't behind. Memaw and the little man (one of my all time favorite pictures! Daddy won't even know what hit him - Snowball fight! Taking a stroll with my little man. Gabe, Cathy and Gordon. Labels: snow; Memaw. The Petry Family: Catching up.....
http://thepetryfamily.blogspot.com/2012/01/catching-up.html
Sunday, January 29, 2012. So its been awhile since Mommy added a new post.AGAIN! Here's a brief summary of where we've been, what we've been doing and who we've been hanging out with since the last time we checked in. Resting up before the big game. Mighty Little Hokie cheering his heart out. At Belmont University for Sarah's graduation. Our favorite grad - still sporting her cap and collecting shout-outs. In the balcony at the Ryman Auditorium enjoying the Opry. Holiday requirement - cookies! I was real...
The Petry Family: Family, Friends & Fun Update
http://thepetryfamily.blogspot.com/2011/10/family-friends-fun-update.html
Saturday, October 15, 2011. Family, Friends and Fun Update. The last few months have been busy (perhaps you've noticed we haven't blogged in a while). To get you caught up to where we've been and what we've been up to (other than football) here's a little summary and update. We've hit the park several times - Gordon enjoys the swings and the slide the most. We took a road trip one Sunday and met up with Memaw for the day! We celebrated our friend Quinn's 1st birthday! That's my cupcake Daddy.
The Petry Family: Happy Halloween (belated)
http://thepetryfamily.blogspot.com/2011/11/happy-halloween-belated.html
Wednesday, November 16, 2011. We enjoyed Halloween this year. Gordon has throughly enjoyed going through his "bucket" of candy each evening after dinner to select a treat. However, he still didn't really get the concept of the whole "trick-or-treating" game. He would have been content to sit in the driveway in our car and just pretend he was driving.perhaps we should have allowed him to pretend to be a chauffer for Halloween. Maybe next year. Gabe, Cathy and Gordon. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
The Petry Family: Pumpkin Patch
http://thepetryfamily.blogspot.com/2011/10/pumpkin-patch.html
Sunday, October 30, 2011. A few weeks ago we took another visit to Sinkland Farms. We enjoyed checking out the animals. Checking out the pumpkins options. And determining which ones we would take home with us. As much as Gordon liked this one.it wasn't a realistic option. Memaw and Gordon counted the number of people who got in line to go horseback riding. Then we headed home and Daddy went to work on creating a few of the lil man's favorite friends. And of course Elmo. Gabe, Cathy and Gordon.
The Petry Family: Thanksgiving!
http://thepetryfamily.blogspot.com/2011/12/thanksgiving.html
Thursday, December 8, 2011. Okay- so I know that I am behind on getting this post done (as I have been with a majority of the posts).but better late than never right! For the week of Thanksgiving we headed down to PaPa and Nana's house in North Carolina. But before we headed down to the warm beach weather, we attended the very cold Thursday night Virginia Tech game against North Carolina. It was fun.but did I mention it was cold? Our sister-in-law Jennifer was in Roanoke for work and got to join us.

June 2, 2015. Being able to see the world at this new level of understanding is one of the many delights of learning about design and being a designer. It makes me feel. Connected to myself, connected to the world, and connected to other human beings, to those who design and those who appreciate all these things. Connection, it is connection that is the key, and it is connection that drew me to computers, to the internet and to web design. And what a website truly. Looking forward, we at Ian Burt Design ...
