Sunday, August 17, 2008. Day 11 – August 1, 2008. Sooooo wrong. It’s bad and worse. I’m just trying to keep my patience with the whole convoluted thing. Now unfortunately, all there is left to do is wait. They said that processing will take about a month and that I will need to come back to Delhi… I am really hoping that won’t be the case and that I can have it expedited. Saturday, July 26, 2008. Day 2 (Maybe still Day 1):. Doha, Qatar… a place that I never really intended to pass through. A place that I would now like to see more of. Upon landing in Doha International Airport, I saw that as different as the world felt and looked, western culture had still managed to find it’s way here. No, there were no McDonald’s or Starbucks but there was a TCBY! It’s a smell that if you allow it to becomes lost among the sea of other sensory stimulation it no longer matters.
