Project 365 (Photo Edition). How to make Mondays not suck. June 8, 2015. Almost everyone I know hates Mondays. And those who don’t hate Mondays are looked upon with either wonder or disdain. But no matter how many times we wish it would never come, it always arrives after Sunday. And I’m sorry, this post doesn’t include how to get out of traffic and rush-hour madness. Sadly, that is something people in the city have to deal with every Monday. And that’s a whole other post eh? Sleep early on Sundays.

Book reviews and anything bookish. I don’t mind jumping from one book to another at any given time. I think of reading as conversations, and I enjoy multiple-layered conversations. Just as there are conversations that flow naturally, there are also some that feel awkward, or lack common ground. I don’t mind closing a book without arriving at the last page–most times I give it away in hopes that it will have a better conversation with someone else. Any books you can recommend? Not All Who Wander Are Lost. Fluttering is an art. Sunday, April 26, 2009. On love, marriage and commitment. People keep asking me why I don't want to get married. And I ask back, why the heck would anyone want to get married at all? I, myself, do not believe that I am capable at this point of making the kind of commitment that is expected and needed to make a marriage work. And I have to admit that another reason is that I could not bear it if any of the things I mentioned above would happen to me.
