Helping future and current employees succeed in the workplace. The Workforce Taskforce is focusing on building career-success skills of students preparing to enter the workforce. Many industries, including manufacturing, need employees with high-tech skills, but they also need people who understand what it means to be a productive, valuable employee with good workplace skills. In addition to providing leadership, the Council adds value to the work of the taskforces by creating alignment between them, evaluating their progress, and furnishing them with outside resources.
