Resting in Him: Our Move Back to SC!
http://erikarestinginhim.blogspot.com/2013/10/our-move-back-to-sc.html
Thursday, October 10, 2013. Our Move Back to SC! Our year in Washington was good and Matt and I don't regret that we went. We learned so many things and grew as a couple. There are many things that we will miss as well, mostly the mountains! We now live so close to a couple of mine and Matt's best friends in a city that Matt and I have wanted to live in together since before we got married. Believe it or not, this is actually still the short version of all this! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Resting in Him: December 2012
http://erikarestinginhim.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 18, 2012. A little rant about things. A little warning, if you prefer to continue to think of me as the little conservative clone that my parents tried to make then you might want to stop reading now.*. Let’s start with our move to. If we really were the happy family that everyone believed for so many years and my parents really were the amazing people that everyone wanted to believe, then why on earth would I or any of us make this up? What motive would we have? This is not rebellion!

Resting in Him: September 2012
http://erikarestinginhim.blogspot.com/2012_09_01_archive.html
Thursday, September 27, 2012. This post is more of a public service announcement, but I would rather not post it as a status update on FB because it isn't happy. Due to a recent, saddening and somewhat shocking reaction by someone that I had thought cared about me, I feel the need to just point some things out. Here goes. 1 Please remember that I am no longer a child. I am an almost 30 year old married woman with two. Remove you from my FB. To listen to the facts. 4 Just in case we haven't made it abunda...

As for Me and My House

As for Me and My House. Get your Hands Dirty. Thursday, January 26. Last night I kept Trent home because he is so miserable with a fever and cold symptoms. While I was snuggling him on the couch, Caylyn waltzed in with a lint roller and child's devotion book and said. Look mommy, a statue.". HEE HEE.what a girl. :) Thankyou for sharing. As for Me and My House: February 2012
http://colburnhome.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
As for Me and My House. Get your Hands Dirty. Wednesday, February 15. I do apologize for the lack of posts the last few weeks. We have been preparing for a move! It has been very busy around here as everyday life continues and moving preparations have started. We are very excited for what the Lord had for us in the upcoming months and years. I married him knowing that someday we would be going down this very path. We just never dreamed it would be so soon! Friday, February 3. Baby Steps to Preservation.

As for Me and My House: September 2011

As for Me and My House. Get your Hands Dirty. Thursday, September 29. It's Beginning to Smell like Fall. On that note, yesterday was a perfect Fall day. Trees shedding their leaves while I read a book and the kids played in the yard was a great way to spend the day. and did I mention that my brother and sister-in-law came to visit? They flew up to Vermont to visit her family and then decided to come up for a visit. We're so glad they did! Caylyn with Aunt Sara and their matching Patriots t-shirts! So it ...

As for Me and My House: December 2011

As for Me and My House. Get your Hands Dirty. Saturday, December 31. My new go-to place for all things crafty and frugal is Pinterest. A little while back I came across a recipe for homemade coffee creamer and fell in love. Immediately I knew it was the prefect gift for my sweet, coffee-fanatic friend, Emily. This is the blog. Where the recipe originated, but I'll re-type it here for your convenience. :). 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (the large can). 1 quart mason jar. You know EXACTLY what's in it!

Resting in Him: November 2011

Sunday, November 20, 2011. Car update - Answered prayer! I am more than pleased to let everyone know, especially those that were praying, that God not only took care of our car situation for us but went beyond what we could have expected! Four days after GM received the letter we sent, we received a call from them to get more details. After about a week, their representative called us back to give us an offer. Their offer? Refund us the money we paid! Talk about answered prayer! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Thursday, January 10, 2013. She loves her Minnie ears. I'm not sure what he was doing other then being really silly and cute. I'm pretty sure she was trying to pounce on him. I didn't realize he was so tired until I looked over and saw this. He is so precious! Daddy, I have to show you all my pretty sparkles! Handsome dude, although I want his curls back! For the next few days I'm going to be in the process of reworking my blog, so pardon the craziness! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). As for Me and My House.
