A new day….every day. October 15, 2009. October 17, 2009. It’s been one hell of a year. Looking back over my posts of a year ago, I’m struck by the depth of change. A year ago, I was running on caffeine and nervous energy. I was deeply unhappy, more than I realized at the time, existing in a state of deep denial of the sad, lonely condition of my marriage. My time was spent looking for “happy”. I found it in so many places; just not in the one where I needed to find it the most. But *not* real or honest.
