さあ、今年もやってきました。製糖時期。 宮古島の農業の中心であるサトウキビ。今日から約２ヶ月間、農家の皆さん、宮古島の皆さんの忙しい日々が始まります。 宮古製糖ではこの日の平均糖度１４．４度と例年より高い糖度をしめし、さい先のよいスタートです。糖度１８度を超すサトウキビもあったそうな。 今年のサトウキビは、昨年の恵まれた気候条件のおかげで、台風の影響が少なく、また、干ばつもなく雨の多い１年だったので、５～８メートルと長くて立派なサトウキビがたくさんできているそうです。 宮古島が最も熱くなる季節。サトウキビの甘い臭いにに誘われて、ぽかぽか陽気の宮古島に遊びに来て下さい。 8595;↓click ↓↓.
