Ngorongoro crater used to be a volcano a really REALLY long time ago and supposedly erupted and then caved in on itself. It is ENORMOUS. We started full speed ahead on Saturday after we arrived in Mbeya and taught the majority of what we want the participants to learn here, basically how to do a simple trauma scan on the portable handheld ultrasound machines.
