Monday, June 1, 2009. 3/4 stick (6 tablespoons) unsalted butter. 1/3 cup whole milk. 2 whole large eggs. 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder. 2 cups fresh blueberries (12 oz). Put oven rack in upper third of oven and preheat to 375°F. Generously butter muffin pans or use paper liners. Cream together butter, sugar, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Best Ever Banana Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting. 1 1/2 cups bananas. 2 teaspoons lemon juice. 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda. 2 1/8 cups sugar. 1 1/2 cups buttermilk. 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese. 3 1/2 cups icing sugar. Preheat oven to 275°. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 pan. In a small bowl, mix mashed banana with the lemon juice; set aside. In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, cream 3/4 cup butter and 2 1/8 cups sugar until light and fluffy.
