Three Kids, Two Sticks: November 2009
http://threekidstwosticks.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, November 29, 2009. I don't even know what to call this. Over the summer, I checked out a library book called Confessions of an Organized Homemaker. In October, I finally admitted the damn thing was lost. Irony. I ended up paying for it, and the librarian told me that if I keep the receipt and find the book within a year, I could bring it back and they'd refund my money. Tuesday, November 17, 2009. Today we went out to the Norman Bird Sanctuary. For a homeschool raptor class. The past few weeks.

Three Kids, Two Sticks: home
http://threekidstwosticks.blogspot.com/2010/04/home.html
Wednesday, April 21, 2010. We're closing on our new house (! In less than a week. I had intended to spend this month moving and sorting, but 3 inches of water in the basement, strep throat x3, a birthday party, and a few days of beautiful weather derailed those plans. Pictures to come. gulp. Beth told me your exciting news :) Nice to have some time to pack and move slowly (especially with 3 kids! See you on saturday :). April 21, 2010 at 3:16 PM. Three Kids, Two Sticks: August 2009
http://threekidstwosticks.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Monday, August 31, 2009. Now I know why I was so. desperate to squeeze in the last of summer. The pool is cold (78), and there are no temps predicted above the high 70s for the next ten days. I'm really glad I snuck in a night swim last weekend. Annabelle's fifth birthday is next week. I'm attempting to knit her a sweater in 6 days. Possible? I think so. She chose this. Enzo got his first real haircut. It makes him look like a big kid. I think I'll just let it grow out again. I'd wear it all the time.

Three Kids, Two Sticks: November 2010
http://threekidstwosticks.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Tuesday, November 2, 2010. It's been a while. But the late spring and summer knocked me for a loop. I rescued this little cyclamen from the supermarket florist's discount table. I am a sucker for half-dead houseplants. It's looked pretty pathetic for the past 6 months or so, but now it has a little bud. This is the first flower I've seen on it, and the sentimental poetic part of me (a very little part) thinks it's a sign of our bad luck waning. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Its been a while.

Three Kids, Two Sticks: because I'm tipsy
http://threekidstwosticks.blogspot.com/2010/02/because-im-tipsy.html
Friday, February 26, 2010. I'm going to admit that my two most favorite movies are How to Make an American Quilt and The Sex and the City Movie. And yeah, they're not crazy deep, but they're about female friendship, and they make me all mushy for my girlfriends (and one boyfriend who is like a girlfriend). You ladies rock. This blog entry helped me to not post this confession on FB). March 1, 2010 at 11:27 AM. If you ever get. curious, I happen to have the entire series on DVD. March 1, 2010 at 12:39 PM.

Three Kids, Two Sticks: October 2009
http://threekidstwosticks.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Saturday, October 24, 2009. We try to make it out to a corn maze every year. We've been doing this since '03, with the exception of the year when I was 9 months pregnant in October. We always go to Salisbury Farm. Since they have awesome hours and reasonable admission fees. This year my friend Kim and I went with the kiddos. This is the first year that Enzo has been walking without the option of a sling. Keeping track of 3 kids in a corn maze? Friday, October 23, 2009. Thank you, cows. I think it'd be ra...

Three Kids, Two Sticks
http://threekidstwosticks.blogspot.com/2010/01/yesterday-we-received-birthday-party.html
Wednesday, January 27, 2010. Yesterday we received a birthday party invite for a fellow homeschooler. Part of the party will be making hearts for Hearts That Help. Unfortunately, we'll be unable to attend. I found a pattern on Ravelry for a felted heart. And Hannah and I have a heart assembly line going on. They've already raised $600. These kids rock.
