1 cup rice – 225 gm rice. 1 cup flour – 115 gm flour. 1 cup butter – 225 gm butter. 1 stick butter – 115 gm butter. 1 cup dried fruit – 225 gm dried fruit. 1 cup brown sugar – 180 gm brown sugar. 1 cup granulated sugar – 225 gm granulated sugar. 1 cup powdered sugar – 110 gm powdered sugar. 1 level table spoon flour – 15 gm flour. 1 heaped table spoon flour – 28 gm flour. 1 level table spoon sugar – 28gm sugar. 1 level table spoon butter – 15 gm butter. 1 cup = 8 fl oz = 240 ml (Can be rounded to 250 ml).

Between the age of 6-12 months, my daughter Zoya consumed every variety of vegetable I could lay my hand on. Fast forward to age three and a half, and her vegetable intake is next to nothing. Gone are the zucchini, squashes and veggies I have never heard of. So easy to steam and mash but so difficult to turn into a meal! Zucchini in a Bowl.

Idlies (Steamed Rice Cakes) →. October 21, 2009 · 9:15 am. Chef : Anjum Khan. This chutney goes well with all south Indian dishes like Dosas, Idlies. Fresh coconut – 150 g, grated. Green chilies – 3, halved. Tamarind (Imli) – 1/2″ piece. Ginger – 1″ piece. Salt – 1 tsp or to taste. Water – as needed. Mustard seeds – 1 tsp. Curry leaves – a few. Oil or ghee – 2 tbsp. In a small vessel, heat oil. Add mustard seeds and allow to crackle. Add the curry leaves and heat for a minute. Tempering over the chutney.
