Miso thinkso: Perceived and Existing Social Capital of the Citizen X
http://misothink.blogspot.com/2009/11/perceived-and-existing-social-capital.html
Wednesday, November 25, 2009. Perceived and Existing Social Capital of the Citizen X. Pointed me to this wonderful resource. That got me thinking on the social capital we think we have and what are the real key components of social capital. I tend to agree with Henry Jenkins. That novelty skill-set of digital culture should be a part of every child’s education package and that children should be told. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Miso thinkso: A Policy Paper on the Youth Perspective on e-Society
http://misothink.blogspot.com/2009/11/policy-paper-on-youth-perspective-on-e.html
Friday, November 13, 2009. A Policy Paper on the Youth Perspective on e-Society. Just came from the final drafting meeting for the policy paper on the Youth Perspective on e-Society. If all goes well and the paper passes there will be hopefully some additional EU wide means to help the youth to build a bridge over the digital divide. 8221; has to wake up and soon. Kim Caspar's Blog: Animal conciousness?
http://kimcaspar.blogspot.com/2009/09/slightly-chilled-feets.html
A blog with a View. Wednesday, September 23, 2009. Maybe I'm too dense to understand all this? To create a coherent roadmap out of this maze seems like one big Mission Impossible. Levi-Strauss, the french structuralist proposed an interesting observation in the way we think about animals, as a direct reflection of how we categorize social groups around us: we speak of friends, neighbours, strangers, criminals and so on; indeed exactly in the way we cat(! A blog with a View. Tuesday, September 22, 2009. Survival, Social Life or Entertainment? One of the most important factor in any undertaking is motivation. Without the right motivation we will never be able to be successful students or to learn something new. . http://kimcaspar.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
A blog with a View. Thursday, September 24, 2009. Today's assignment was a bit of a surprise, truth be told. I knew next to nothing about it, but a bit of research found the name to mean something like "Black Mountain"? Was there some hidden message that we must decode and deconstruct? I pride myself in thinkin...

Tuesday, October 13, 2009. Wikinomics - Thoughts and Reflections. Having finished reading Wikinomics. I can definitely understand why the book sells - it pleases all parties of the food chain from big corporations looking out for cheaper R&D to independent thinkers in search of fame. For me it was so inspirational that I already wrote a post on some aspects of the book: Crowdsourcing is like group sex – somebody does all the work and everybody gets the credit. Monday, October 5, 2009. And to be honest th...
