Janvier 29, 2011. La vie au 59e parallèle. Le camp Inukshuk a été bâti en 2001 sur la fameuse Pointe Noire. Il est construit et équipé pour vous offrir les meilleures prestations de pêche possibles. La cuisinière vous prépare chaque jour un repas frais et frugal, des petits déjeuners copieux, des pâtisseries maison, du bon pain chaud fait sur place et bien sur de l’omble chevalier de l’arctique frais. L’omble chevalier de l’arctique. L’omble chevalier de l’arctique est un cousin du saumon. Tout comme lui on le dit anadrôme, c’est à dire qu’il migre entre l’eau douce et l’eau salée.
