#suedle – one doodle at a time
https://suecaulfield.com/tag/suedle
One doodle at a time. The origin of a #suedle. The ‘Committed’ eBook. Alignment, close to the heart. My one word for 2016, #suedle style. This past year was full of moments of joy. Both the planned and the unexpected. When I look back on this year, I realize I had lots of big dreams. Dreaming is my way of finding joy. This may sound weird. I guess it is a little weird, considering I’m sharing this on a blog. But, 2015 really taught me a ton about. This year, I want to purposefully find the things that ar...

Podcasts: 2015 edition – Mathias Lafeldt
http://mlafeldt.github.io/blog/podcasts-2015-edition
June 19, 2015. The ultimate podcast player. I used to get my daily dose of podcasts using an iPod and iTunes. I’ve never liked iTunes; it’s way too clumsy. I also didn’t like the fact that I had to plug in a USB cable every time I wanted to sync new podcasts to my iPod. When I got an iPhone, I started to look for alternatives, hoping that there must be a better way to listen to podcasts. If I recall correctly, it was a tweet by Patrick McKenzie. Overcast was single-handedly developed by Marco Arment.

Backyard Industry: This Modern World
http://backyardindustry.org/category/this-modern-world
Entries Tagged as 'This Modern World'. Thursday, June 16, 2016. Will we ever know? Does it even matter? To be 100% clear, I stand with Orlando, LGBTQ, and all. Affected communities worldwide, full stop. I am not into hate, “phobia” of any kind (including Islamophopbia), violence, and/or guns. My daughter eloquently offers her perspective here. What are we doing to each other, to ourselves? It was bad. A young man named Matt, the son of my late friend Mel. What are we doing to each other, to ourselves?

Backyard Industry: Social Needia
http://backyardindustry.org/social-needia
Tuesday, May 5, 2015. I don’t know what to do about the internet. Part of my day job is to maintain my organization. Backyard Industry relies on social media, primarily to notify people about blog entries or new videos, but sometimes to share things I find germane to the BYI conversation. But beyond that, it gets tricky. Like “everyone else”, I keep personal accounts on various platforms, and I feel like I live in those spaces, and lately (lately? It’s become a problem. May I ask how you did it? PS: I wa...

Adventures in Everyday Living. My Favorite Daily Pep Talks Are Podcasts. May 6, 2015. Nov 17, 2015. Podcasts are like, so totally in right now, guys. To thank for that but lemme tell ya, this is a trend I can. You know how sometimes music just becomes background music to your thoughts? Like you don’t even notice the songs changing or the chords progressing? That’s how I have been lately with pretty much all music. Driving was becoming a major fight to stay alert. Luckily, podcasts have come to the rescue.
