http://familyhansen.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
Friday, June 19, 2009. The Past 3 Months. Hey there, it has been quite some time since we posted anything on this blog of ours. So I thought I would load it up with some of the things we have been doing over the past few months. It has been a lot of fun, and we have been able to share some great times with friends and family. Payton got very good at hauling his little suitcase around. He was just testing out it's off road abilities at this time. We had loads of fun on the beach. Bye for now,. Aaron, roby...

The Hansens: August 2009

Thursday, August 13, 2009. The House That Aaron Built. It all started out with this thought that the kids need something to do in the back yard. Then there was lots of dreaming and scheming, and finally a plan. We ended up building this great "play-date" house for the kids and the best part is we did it cheep. There were lots of people that participated in building this thing and I think I will acknowledge them right now. Mike and Annie Hepher. Fun for all ages. Bye for now,. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Monday, June 25, 2007. A Quick History Concerning the Hansens. The following is an attempt to relate to you the reader a little of what has been going on in our lives these past many months. It will of coarse be mostly about Paige but I think you will be pleasantly surprised by the amount of Robyn and Aaron content recorded here. Well in March we moved out of our lovely little home. Leaving behind some awesome neighbors and Paige's favorite neighborhood attraction, the yellow slide. Still looking so cute...

D'Caffeinated Pickle: what to tell your son on a rainy day...
http://dcaffeinatedpickler.blogspot.com/2012/04/what-to-tell-your-son-on-rainy-day.html
Absurdity is good for comedy, but bad as a way of life. Friday, April 27, 2012. What to tell your son on a rainy day. Remembering rain drips indeterminate melancholy which is mostly wasted chasing the winter’s dirt off the windows. I turn to Knoffler and his chums. For me, he still knows how to suck the soothing pity that this moment deserves. McLachlan knows a thing or two about this state of mind but Eros is far too near in her voice. Friday, April 27, 2012. D'Caffeinated Pickle: Potpourri Faith or just mumbo jumbo
http://dcaffeinatedpickler.blogspot.com/2005/12/potpourri-faith-or-just-mumbo-jumbo.html
Absurdity is good for comedy, but bad as a way of life. Wednesday, December 7, 2005. Potpourri Faith or just mumbo jumbo. We spent most of the day though talking about how essentially we in CANADA are more emergent than US and yes Gil I have a problem with the word emerging. Anyways out of the discussion and the stats surveys we come a few comments:. Tolerance doesn’t let me get rid of the bad guy – local Sask politician in conversation with Dirksen hmmmmm. Which is more lasting? Which is happening now?

D'Caffeinated Pickle: NEED HELP AND DONORS - Game, Set and Match

Absurdity is good for comedy, but bad as a way of life. Monday, December 12, 2011. NEED HELP AND DONORS - Game, Set and Match. The agency that is directing the message of need, solicits towards the need they have identified, and then deliver a report of the need that they have met. Hmmm. Monday, December 12, 2011. D'Caffeinated Pickle: snow job
http://dcaffeinatedpickler.blogspot.com/2011/11/snow-job.html
Absurdity is good for comedy, but bad as a way of life. Sunday, November 6, 2011. The snow sprinkled on the crispy grass. Like the space that keeps us. Whiter than this icy trickster. Bone chilling wind keeps. Under the blanket of this winter. Wonderland we laud and. The ugliness of our ‘summer’. Romp with that knowing. That one day soon the snow. Would fly and cover it. Our indiscretions and our. Frost has settled in once more. And painted a new face. Sunday, November 06, 2011. View my complete profile.

D'Caffeinated Pickle: :::adulthood:::
http://dcaffeinatedpickler.blogspot.com/2005/11/adulthood.html
Absurdity is good for comedy, but bad as a way of life. Wednesday, November 9, 2005. Apparently I am in dis ‘hood. You know da adult hood. Used to be adulthood meant something important – something respectful. But then maybe adulthood became something too much like living in a different reality. Adult talk, adult fashion (slacks), adult activity (jobs, marriage) – kind like another world! The researchers tell us that adolescence is expanding especially at the top end. Are we cool with that? Very interest...

D'Caffeinated Pickle: a funeral
http://dcaffeinatedpickler.blogspot.com/2005/08/funeral.html
Absurdity is good for comedy, but bad as a way of life. Tuesday, August 16, 2005. So i go to this funeral. She struggled for three years with weird blood disorder and then dies in her sleep. Okay fair enough - - she gets to fight through three years of suffering and takes it all on the chin. Every one who comes to the mic for an hour and half after her internment talks about her ability to face life with joy. Definately cool! What do we hope to accomplish with these end of life rituals? So throw on the m...
