L’Azienda è costituita da 18 ettari complessivi tra bosco, vigneti ed oliveti situati sul lato nord/nord-est della collina di Montalcino. Ad Agosto viene svolta la cosiddetta vendemmia verde, che consiste in una selezione dei grappoli. L'uva, una volta diraspata e poi pigiata, cade per gravità dentro vasche d'acciaio. L’Azienda ha una struttura ricettiva composta da 4 appartamenti, in un edificio risalente al 1840.

Wednesday, July 13, 2011. Querce Bettina Brunello 2006 wins Douja D'Or Oscar. This prestigious event is in its 39th year and is sponsored by the Ministry of Agriculture and reserved for DOC and DOCG wines in Italy. Out of more than 1000 wines only 39 received the Douja D'Or oscar and the Querce wine was the only Brunello to receive the award. All the Oscar wines received ratings above 90 points. In addition a further 400 plus wines were recognised for excellence. Above is a listing of the top 500 wines.
