We actually celebrated last night with dinner and jazz at a nice restaurant downtown Charlotte called "Blue". It was fabulous! Here's what we had and I snapped a few pics also. We both had a "poached pear and baby arugula salad w/candied walnuts and gorgonzola dolce." That was very tasty! It's Our Life - Ron and Pam. Saturday, November 15, 2008. Whew It's been a busy couple of weeks! Half Marathon, NYC, etc. My view from my hotel in NYC at the Ritz. Hello all - It's been a crazy couple of weeks. Let me try and recap what's been happening. Well, I've been real busy at work for one. I work all day, come home eat dinner, and then usually log back in for a couple more hours of work, then bed. Then get up and do it all over again!
