Saturday, May 22, 2010. Wow, in Chicago. Just finished a hectic day of pitching at the National Restaurant Association Convention. I suck at selling, but it was a good experience. Saturday, February 26, 2011. Denver trip, part 1. For dessert we got the Roasted Local Honeycrisp Apple. It came with cinnamon puff pastry, brown butter walnut ice cream, and a caramel sauce. I think Monday's workout was with the 12kg bells. 30 double kettlebell swings. 10 double kettlebell presses. 15 double kettlebell push-up, deadlift, rows. 15 leg lifts (keeping one leg vertically as straight as possible, lower the other leg all the way down then lift up and alternate). Monday, July 12, 2010. It includes development plans for the park near Chinatown/Lincoln Heights where the corn fields are and plans to make Griffith Park more accessible with pedestrian walkways.
