http://differentpathsthroughourlives.blogspot.com/2011/09/model-t-jamboree.html
Our conversion and homeschooling ride. Thursday, September 29, 2011. Our annual Labor Day Model T trip has come and gone again. It is really fun to see how David experiences it differently each year as he matures and his interest change and grow. This year we went to Marysville, OH. As usual we had a great time seeing all the aunts and uncles and cousins. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Family Pictures, Kinda. History Loving, its Hereditary. Across the gypsy flat road. Different Paths Through Our Lives: September 2010
http://differentpathsthroughourlives.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Our conversion and homeschooling ride. Wednesday, September 29, 2010. Where Did 30 Days Go? I was checking my friends blogs this morning and realized it’s been almost a month since I posted. Let me see if I can do some quick bullet updates. Dan had a birthday and we were invited to celebrate with the Edwards and Holliday’s. We went out for seafood and listened to a live band! I am enjoying the role of room mom for David's class. They are a great group of kids and he has a WONDERFUL teacher.

Different Paths Through Our Lives: January 2010
http://differentpathsthroughourlives.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Our conversion and homeschooling ride. Tuesday, January 19, 2010. Bad Behavior = Ear Infection. Or at least at the Reeder house it does. Lately he's just been a "prize" not sleeping well. Then last night it finally turned into a fever, well I suspected one yesterday, but forgot to take his temp. So this morning I gave in and called the pediatrician. Diebel was out so we saw McCommolugh (fine she is awesome too). She said and I quote, "Oooo, that is a very very bad infection in that ear! Dan was one of th...

Different Paths Through Our Lives: Growing Crystals
http://differentpathsthroughourlives.blogspot.com/2011/09/growing-crystals.html
Our conversion and homeschooling ride. Thursday, September 29, 2011. The last week of August was time for building crystals. We have been having fun with our weekly science experiments, especially when Hope and Hayden come over to do science with us. We tried two different "recipes" for growing crystals. Neither turned out as we had hoped and they both took a lot longer to grow than the recipe. Indicated. But we finally had success! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Family Pictures, Kinda.

Different Paths Through Our Lives: February 2010
http://differentpathsthroughourlives.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Our conversion and homeschooling ride. Friday, February 26, 2010. This is the day that the Lord has made. This is the day that the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it! This is one of my favorite hymns that I feel like I have known my whole life. It is based on Ps. 118:24. And no, I didn't just happen to know that, but google did LOL. So I decided I would have a happy and rejoicing day about my mom and share with you a little about her. She had a green thumb, heck a whole green hand. She had a...

http://differentpathsthroughourlives.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Our conversion and homeschooling ride. Sunday, June 6, 2010. Sorry I haven't updated in a week, we've been really busy getting our work done and ourselves ready for vacation. We also had my dear friend Jennifer and her son Paul in town last weekend. Then the end of this week we had to put our wonderful old dog Teddy down. Really a hard thing for Dan and I. In New Bern, NC. Around 7:00 last night. We settled in and unpacked, did the grocery store run and then watched a movie. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Our conversion and homeschooling ride. Friday, May 28, 2010. David's Made Up Words. I just had to grin and say cool. Wednesday, May 26, 2010. We have also used Stan Foster. For our studio photographer and he is fabulous! We love him and have used him since David was just a few weeks old. But this year I just felt I wanted something different, specifically non-studio. I have a friend who uses Grace Photography. Click on the link and then scroll down to find Em and David - WOW! Monday, May 24, 2010. Then t...

Different Paths Through Our Lives: July 2010
http://differentpathsthroughourlives.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
Our conversion and homeschooling ride. Saturday, July 31, 2010. Monday we head up to the lake for the week to have one final hurrah before the kids start back to school. We'll be there until Sunday evening and will have no Internet except my phone. So no blogging - just not dedicated enough to do it from my phone, LOL. We are planning a fun relaxing time with friends and family, lots of time in the boat, family game nights, puzzles, swimming, eating, sunning, napping, movies, etc. I can't wait. My cyst i...

Different Paths Through Our Lives: October 2011
http://differentpathsthroughourlives.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
Our conversion and homeschooling ride. Wednesday, October 26, 2011. Some of you have probably been wondering how David is doing with homeschool so I thought I would share some of his progress. I haven't done a great job of taking photos of school lately, but I will work on that for next time. Improvement is continuing here as well. And this is another subject that I had to work to find the right program for him. After tial and error we are using Learning Languge Arts Through Literature. And he is on less...
