Why Middle School is poisonous. Recently I remarked on Twitter that middle school was hands down the most poisonous environment I’ve ever participated in. A surprising amount of people agreed, so I thought I’d elaborate here (Thanks for the idea Ross! For those of you with differing school systems, middle school is grades 6-8, from roughly ages 11-13. I have been doing yoga since I was 18 weeks along. It is harder than you would think.or maybe I'm just pregnant and carrying a wee bit more weight to balance and hold in those lunges :).
