Here is a quick break down of the trip to train pastors in Tanzania and Rwanda. The first and second week will be with Steve Van Horn of ITEM Ministries www.iteministries.org. After that, I’ll travel back to Tanzania to spend a week with John and Kathe Matlock in Babati (see map). Actually, John and I will use some of those days to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro. One Month to Go.

Friday, July 31, 2015. We spent the afternoon at my mom's for 4th of July and then headed to Lilli and Cece's house for dinner and fireworks. Tuesday, June 2, 2015. We started May with a picnic in Kleiner Park in Meridian with Emily and the twins. Cece decided to eat lunch on the rock and Lilli put raspberries on her fingers like olives, I don't think I've ever seen that before! And now that Cece is big enough to hold on to the big swings, she loves swinging. She never would swing in the baby ones. Hannah moved back to Kansas for the summer so we are babysitting her hammock and have already spent hours in it. Cece loves Marcel! Halfway through...

Friday, January 31, 2014. Tubing @ Bogus Basin. We love date nights and have committed to having at least 1 date per month out of the house. We have movie and restaurant gift cards to cover many dates, but we want to do fun activities as well, so we started the year off with a bang. Saturday, February 2, 2013. Playing in the Snow. Lilli started skiing with her dad, so she wouldn't play in the snow without her full ski attire. Fleece face mask, goggles, and the backpack that keeps her close to dad skiing. She even wore her helmet on occasion. Building her own little snowball for her own little snow girl. Saturday, April 18, 2015. This month was all about time together, and finally taking pictures of what we do. We snuck in some extra "dates" that weren't even in Marcel's envelopes. Sunday, May 31, 2015. At the beginning of April, Lilli figured out the pattern of numbers and was able to type to 59. She can just about count to 100 on her own but writing them out is hard again. We need to practice more. She lost her first tooth and then a few days later she went to the dentist and he decided she needed to have the next one pulled because the permanent tooth was set so far back. Thursday, March 5, 2015. In early January, I came across a groupon for tickets for the Harlem Globetrotters. We had just made our resolution for more dating, and not just dinner and a movie (which we love! I later realized that since I made Marcel his envelopes filled with planned date, each date is kind of a surprise date to him, but this one was an extra big surprise. Once we got more into Boise, he figured out that we were having dinner at Big Juds, thank you groupon! They just don't photograph well :).

Wednesday, January 2, 2013. Here is the randomness that ended our 2012:. We enjoyed another date night at Linder Farms corn maze. Even if we (or just I) ended up freezing. Our church's Mommy and me group went to The Berry Ranch to pick pumpkins and do the kiddie corn maze. Lilli loved it! Marcel was BUSY with his second year of helping with Skyview's marching band. And randomly one day, Lilli decided she was moving to Victor (where Emily lived) so she packed up everything she has at my house. May 30, 2009.
