November 30, 2011 · 7:08 pm. I’m so glad for that birthday benefit because this is a real bummer birthday. Jamie had a reaction to his drugs and they had to give him Benedryl, a steroids, and stop his IV. We have to stay overnight for observation because his blood pressure went way up. The blood pressure is going down (was 157/113 now 121/89) so hopefully they won’t have to give him blood pressure drugs. We should be released early in the morning. October 23, 2011 · 7:13 pm. The other day I was complaining and sad. Giving up again. Feeling sorry for myself, my situation. Steve put me in my place. And I told him right after, it was one of the sweetest things he's ever said to me. He said " You know what, that's life. And, I love our life." Talk about redirecting my thoughts. Yep I did it. I went and turned another year older. I was spoiled for doing so. Friday I was surprised with a wonderful breakfast with some of my favorite girls to be around! I get to work with them too!
