This morning: 11st 9.4lbs. Oats and wheat flakes (30g) (1.5 times carbs; 0.5 dairy). Strawberries (80g) (1 x fruit). Lemon water (1 x fruit). 2 carbs; 2 veg) with extra veg and 1/2 tin beans. Boiled egg (0.5 protein). Strawberries with spoonful of low fat greek yogurt (80g). Handful of nuts (30g) (1 protein; 1 carb).
