April 17, 2012. Our Trip to Mindo, Ecuador. We took a taxi to a little “suburb” called Ibarra to catch the bus to Mindo. The bus was $2.50 a person! 8212; The prices here are WONDERFUL! About an hour after getting settled Lauren and I made our way down to the restaurant where the greatness of this place kept on keeping on! I ordered the grilled trout, Lauren the fried (so we could see which was better). For our beverages we ordered fresh jugos (juices). It was delicious! The moral of the story is… ...
