I made some pizza type bases (a little thicker than we would usually make) and topped them with some caramelised onion and some left over potato and a drizzle of olive oil. The bread was rather like focaccia and delicious. We had them for breakfast with parmesan shavings and a couple of rashers of bacon. This entry was posted in Uncategorised.
