Merrill Family: November 2013
http://merrillbuilt.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
But now, O Lord, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand. Isaiah. 64:8. Wednesday, November 20, 2013. Another Fall Tradition memory. This is the first year I just watched as the kids, who were up to the challenge, carve their pumpkin into a Jack-o-lantern. I definitely love this new role as mom-supervisor instead of mom-slave. I enjoyed all of the benefits of pumpkin carving, which are not really many, and didn't have to stick my hand in any guts.

The Bartholomew Family: January 2011
http://rebeccahatton.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 16. A new year, a new me. The holidays are finally over! They came and went so fast. I basically spent all my time making lists and buying gifts. And then obsessing over if it was the right gift and then making more lists. Now I don't really know what to do with myself during the days. Kyra and I have the same routine every day:. Both of us get dressed for the day. And then pretty much just pal around the house, doing different things to keep Kyra occupied. We might be moving soon! Subscr...

The Bartholomew Family: a mountian to climb
http://rebeccahatton.blogspot.com/2011/03/mountian-to-climb.html
Saturday, March 26. A mountian to climb. Oh life. I usually find my life pretty boring. Contently boring. Sometimes we hear of stories and just thank heavens that it wasn't you or someone you know. Or think, 'how tragic-how could that have possibly happened? He will be greatly missed, until we meet again. . . . On a different note and back to the contently boring life, Kyra is growing way too fast! But I have a feeling that I will feel that way her whole life! Leaning against the couch. I have always bee...

The Bartholomew Family: September 2010
http://rebeccahatton.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Sunday, September 19. I realize that it has almost been a full three months since I last posted. I kept thinking about posting but never got around to it. I will keep Kyra's birth story short and simple, because it was definitely not a smooth delivery. It made my contractions so bad, that I then got my epidural at 2 cm! Right after the epidural the balloon fell out, which was then supposed to have dilated me to a 5. Within the next couple of hours, I went to a 7 1/2 and then to a 9! I was so nervous!

http://rebeccahatton.blogspot.com/2009_02_01_archive.html
Wednesday, February 18. It's not a bad year. Jordan and I work at the same company on the same shift. We were both lucky today and did not have to work, so we had the whole day to play! We went to lunch at The Old Grist Mill and then off to the movies to see 'Taken'. The movie was awesome and I recommend it to everyone, if you like action packed movies! Happy Birthday my love! Monday, February 16. Love is in the air. Happy Valentines' to us! Here is the inside of the restaurant. Dinner in a covered wagon.

The Bartholomew Family: March 2010
http://rebeccahatton.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Monday, March 22. It Is A Girl! We found about two months ago that we are having a GIRL! She is what we were hoping for, but of course we would have been just as excited if it had been a boy. It didn't take us very long to decide on a name. We didn't have to do too much back and forth, we agreed pretty quick. Her name will be. My due date at first was June 27th but at my last appointment they pushed me back to July 7th. But she will get here when she gets here! And this cute little hat with ears! My frie...

Merrill Family: Concerts, Performances and other December excitement
http://merrillbuilt.blogspot.com/2015/01/concerts-performances-and-other.html
But now, O Lord, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand. Isaiah. 64:8. Sunday, January 25, 2015. Concerts, Performances and other December excitement. For some reason waiting to decorate the Christmas tree creates a ton of excitement. S. was especially ready to hear mom say the word GO. I am loving that the kids are old enough to do it for me. Ive never found anything about the tree, besides looking at it, especially exciting. Z likes to create extr...
