So Much For That. Sunday, June 30, 2013. If you're keeping up, you'll remember my fight to get the Paragard IUD. And get a wave of pain so intense, I realized I definitely shouldn't be driving in that condition. I figured I had to give it enough time to settle down. But six months later, I still felt like I was dying every month. And then I realized, wait, why am I even putting up with all this? So I did some research, and decided to get the Essure. The only thing that will ever come out of my uterus.

So Much For That. Wednesday, January 9, 2013. I'm gonna pretend for a little while that today was the last surgery I'll ever have, just so we can celebrate. Realistically, I know it's not, but it at least marks a major end to this cancer crap. They made me change into the largest hospital gown they could find, and told me to double up with some XL hospital socks over my own. And then we waited. And then I got stabbed, and remembered why I had the port in the first place. Oh well. All down my arm.
