Now that I’m almost 25 years old–a quarter of my life passed–I look back at what got me to where I am today, mostly the advice from my parents, teachers, mentors and friends. And as grateful as I am for the many words of wisdom I’ve received, I can’t help but contemplate some of life’s lessons, which were never explained to me at a younger age. Welcome to the Family?
