Ok so back to Baisha beach so we kept telling of new friends that they should just stay tonight and get a room at our hostel because it was getting dark and they had mentioned taking us to a night market. After a little persuasion, actually not a lot I think Ariel had already decided to stay but was pushing Jerry, they said "We will stay with you! Gabriel and Amanda checking out the urchin a local found on the rock beach. Jerry and Ariel on the bottom right and the rest of us at Baisha Beach.

They were kind enough to put my bike in their truck and drive me to a closer area off of the toll road :) That story right there is a great example of asian hospitality but I will right a blog about that next from my trip to Taiwan. Hart Of The Matter
Friday, April 13, 2012. Here is what we had for dinner last night. Veggie-Loaded Meatloaf. It was a cool spring day and felt perfect for it. Plus, Mr. Hart had also come home the day before saying we should have a casserole or lasagna or something like that for dinner, but that takes planning. So this is what I planned for the next day. Turns out, after I explained to the girls what it was, it was really good! 1 and 1/2 pounds ground beef. 3 carrots, peeled and shredded. 1 medium onion, finely chopped.
