It's a B-e-a-utiful Life. Thursday, January 30, 2014. My 11 Minute Mile. I have a resolution this year. It is one that I have had in the past, and one that I, as many others, have failed in the past. I would like to lose weight. Because of so many past failures (don't get me wrong, there have been a few successes, they just never stick), I am taking a whole new approach this year. Diets don't work and diets disguised as lifestyle changes don't work either. Why? Whole lot of patience and self-acceptance.
