I had to finish off my hen at our next group meeting but the other participants on the workshop were able to display an impressive flock of patchwork hens. March 3, 2015. March 4, 2015. Hi, introducing A’s quilt… Be kind this is my first ever post! My son asked me to make him a quilt for his birthday. He is an active teenager, who definitely knows his own mind! The quilting is relatively plain because I wanted the fabrics to be seen easily but I couldn’t resist free machine quilting four random triangles. Overall, I’m pleased with my first quilt with half square triangles and hopefully my son will enjoy using it as much as I enjoyed making it.
