The Smith's of Star Valley. Sunday, August 9, 2015. Lincoln County Fair 2015. The fair was a big hit this year. Here are a few of the things we did and saw there. Grandma and Grandpa came up to visit us and we went to the Demolition Derby. The boys were so happy. The joy they got from watching these cars crash in to each other was so funny. Total BOYS! The kids and I went over one day to catch a couple of shows. We saw Lady Houdini who is always a hit and Whitney even got a picture with her! It was so fu...

http://joshandamandasmith.blogspot.com/2014_05_01_archive.html
The Smith's of Star Valley. Tuesday, May 27, 2014. We saw a few of these rock chucks. They are not shy. I sort of wish they were. My baby is 4. It sort of brings a tear to my eye that my baby is a big 4 year old now.sigh. Here are some pics of his big day. I did the balloon thing this year. Not all that creative, but that's all I've got for now:). Zach ate his favorite cereal for breakfast. I tried to get the mandatory "picture with Mom", but Zach just wasn't havin' it. Such a nut. Monday, May 26, 2014.

The Smith's of Star Valley. Saturday, January 31, 2015. Perfect day for sledding. A few of our friends and their families went sledding with us yesterday. It was such a beautiful day, I could have stayed there for hours soaking in that vitamin D. Here are the pics. Huge hill. This is the view from almost the top. The hill is right off the highway. Zach, going way too fast. He turned out to not be such a big fan of sledding:(. Using a snow mobile makes sledding Soooo much better! This is Whit and Josh.

The Smith's of Star Valley: March 2015
http://joshandamandasmith.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
The Smith's of Star Valley. Tuesday, March 31, 2015. Spring Break Day 5. Day 5 was jam packed. We woke up after having gotten a great nights sleep camping (JK that's not possible). We headed to Orderville and found Red Hollow. It's is a very skinny canyon that was seriously so cool. Then we headed further south to the Moqui Caverns. I've driven by these dozens of times and never stopped. They really are worth stopping for. Pretty far from the ground. What a busy day that was! Monday, March 30, 2015.

The Smith's of Star Valley: April 2014
http://joshandamandasmith.blogspot.com/2014_04_01_archive.html
The Smith's of Star Valley. Sunday, April 20, 2014. I took this picture because one of my favorite things about my home is the fireplace, for many reasons, but at Easter time, I like seeing how many eggs I can hide in the rocks. Ya, I'm cool. So I've been seeing friends post really cute pictures of their kids in their new Easter clothes. Here are my attempts. Tyler and Zach don't even hear me sometimes. I just gave up in the end. The two most cooperative of our family. We did these too! Brianne and John ...

http://joshandamandasmith.blogspot.com/2015/08/random-july.html
The Smith's of Star Valley. Monday, August 3, 2015. July was a fun month for me. It didn't fly by like most months and I felt like we packed in a lot of fun things. Here are some random things that we did that don't really necessitate their own blog post:). I went to the Rexburg, ID temple with a couple of my favorite friends. Ericka and Tory. The kids played duck duck goose with some of their favs, the Jenkins. We hiked up to the Intermittent Spring again with some friends, the Lancasters. Emily and Dou...

The Smith's of Star Valley. Thursday, July 31, 2014. Random pics of July. Here are some pics that I found on my phone that are worth remembering to me. The Lancasters came up to visit their family and we were lucky enough to meet up with them and play at their family cabin. The kids were in heaven with the zip line, pond and bouncy house! Our library does fun programs over the summer for the kids. Here are few of the crafts and activities. Our neighbor's dog had 9 puppies! This is what pure joy looks like.

http://joshandamandasmith.blogspot.com/2015_08_01_archive.html
The Smith's of Star Valley. Monday, August 31, 2015. August was jam packed. We had a lot of fun. I got together with Jen again and of course we had to take a stupid picture. We just google "80's" pictures and do the first pose that pops up. This was winning pose. Yes, we are cool. For serious now.I'll miss her since she's moving to Pueblo. She keeps moving. It's annoying. I made a flag for trek. Not too shabby for my first flag! I made a few trips up Swift Creek with my bike. Tyler and Whit jousting.

The Smith's of Star Valley: April 2015
http://joshandamandasmith.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
The Smith's of Star Valley. Wednesday, April 29, 2015. Here are a few pics from my phone that I want to remember. These are things that happened in April. Riding bikes with my posse. Whitney's Venus flytrap caught a fly all be itself! We usually put a fly in it and the leaf closes on it. This time we didn't. Good job, plant. Zach built a gigantic ship out of play dough. I love those big eyes! I'm clearly not a "master builder". I'm pretty much Lord Business, if you want to know the truth. Zach finished u...

The Smith's of Star Valley. Thursday, October 2, 2014. We took a trip down to Southern Colorado for GG and Yo Papa's 80th birthday's celebration. All of Josh's sibling were able to be there and we had such a great time re-connecting with family. Here are a few pics of what we did. We went up to Granny and Pops' property and rode motorcycles and 4 wheelers a few times. We even went on a long trail ride into New Mexico! He's always up for a challenge. Of course there was some rock throwing going on. Zach w...
