John Miner Guitarist, Banjo player and Luthier
Ukelele Teacher/Player and Luthier. John learned the ukelele from his father as a child,. He then started playing banjo in 1969 changing to acoustic guitar in 1970. In 1974 he opened The North Shore Piano and Music Centre in Crows Nest (Sydney) where he learned. The finer points of repairing/tuning pianos and stringed instruments. The North Shore Piano and Music Centre also had a large music school where John taught Guitar and Banjo. In Oct 2015 John returned to his home in Brisbane. A 1 Hr lesson is $35.
