Feel alive every day. Strength and Stamina Classes. We get down to fun-drenched sweat in our Strength and Stamina classes on Tues, Thurs and Fri 6-7am. At Miller Play Field and Volunteer Park, and at 9:45am on Tuesday and Thursday. Classes are one-hour, highly fun and unique!
