In today's PM class on survey; here are some thoughts generated:. 1) The student's version of the survey has the perferred and actual events column that i think was really good. this allow us to sense the overall climate of the students in relation to the actual happenings. it also allow the lecturers to make a comparision to how they have done to match them. Wednesday, June 18, 2008. Day 4 - Analysis of Data collected. SPSS has many powerful functions yet (quite) user friendly. We started doing the report for the post analysis. Surprisingly, we are able to compile the data and print them out. I see that this way of managing and organising the contents that we need was easier. Agreed with you. Having to deal with so many numbers can be quite scary. Lucky to have dynamic team members, otherwise don't know how to complete the group project. Thanks.

Thursday, June 19, 2008. Day 5 - rounding Up. It has come to the last day of the course. Surprisingly, i am getting more familiar using blogs. and it allow me to generate more thinking questions and focus on the lesson such that i would have materials to write in it. i am looking forward to each new day to learn more stuff and input them into the blog. I am slow at learning and the blog has really allow to rethink and consolidate what i had learned for the day. Well done to the course! Day 5 - rounding Up.

Monday, June 16, 2008. Learning for day 1 ( 16 june 08). My perceived management i described myself to be commanding style. The teacher is in control and uses his judgement to allow the students to do what he wanted ). After the questionaire i did, it further proven my management style. I scored highest for the commanding/authoritative , seconded by laissez-faire( minimum interference ) , third by strict/authoritarian lastly indifferent. But the common problems that could emerge are the followings:.

Today's lesson touched on several LEI particularly the WIHIC ( What is Happening In Class ). The learning subject is the "School Learning Environment". A Derivation from analysing of "School Level Questionaire". 1) Following Moo's general Catergory. 4) less negative statements.
