It's Boring, But It's a Part of My Life. Undefeated Against Lance Armstrong Since 2007. Sunday, April 29, 2007. Another Week, Another Hundred Miles. Highlight #1: Wednesday Tempo Run. It was great picking up the pace from the normal 6:40 to 7:20 miles and I felt smooth doing it. I figure I was clipping off around 5:40 miles and got into a great rhythm. Racing and competing are great, but runs like this where I just get to enjoy running fast are some of my favorites. Highlight #2: Monday Science Class.

It's Boring, But It's a Part of My Life: May 2008

It's Boring, But It's a Part of My Life. Undefeated Against Lance Armstrong Since 2007. Tuesday, May 27, 2008. The Epiphany School celebrated LIVE STRONG. Day two weeks ago. We had a dress down day where students could wear yellow, sold LIVE STRONG. Bracelets, and had a LIVE STRONG. Well, nothing. But what had I done to deserve 21 years of near perfect health before getting the disease? What had I done to deserve always being well fed and provided for? Nothing at all. In my opinion, questioning about...

It's Boring, But It's a Part of My Life: December 2008

It's Boring, But It's a Part of My Life. Undefeated Against Lance Armstrong Since 2007. Tuesday, December 23, 2008. 49ers Fan for a Week. Apparently, the San Francisco 49ers are growing mustaches for their game this weekend because it is a throwback game with old uniforms and the whole deal. Now THAT. Is something I can root for. Sunday, December 14, 2008. No more grad school for almost a month. I just emailed in my final assignment and I am completely and totally done with BC for the semester. Are avail...

It's Boring, But It's a Part of My Life. Undefeated Against Lance Armstrong Since 2007. Monday, April 27, 2009. DC = Decrease Conditioning? There wasn't a whole lot of running to speak of two weeks ago and this post is obviously coming quite late but I'll give a rundown anyway. 335 minutes on 7 runs (about 45 miles). Holler of the Week. Epiphany Story of the Week. Song of the Week. No music for this one.I'll try to get caught up tomorrow and have last week's training and a song. Sunday, April 12, 2009.

It's Boring, But It's a Part of My Life: Goin' Down
http://brennanbonner.blogspot.com/2009/04/goin-down.html
It's Boring, But It's a Part of My Life. Undefeated Against Lance Armstrong Since 2007. Tuesday, April 7, 2009. After four weeks of relatively high mileage, I decided to take a down week last week. I was not feeling particularly tired, but I figured it was prudent when keeping long term goals in mind. Additionally, I knew that my week was going to be especially busy so it fit in perfectly with my schedule to do it now rather than later. 460 minutes on 7 runs (about 65 miles). Holler of the Week. Consider...

It's Boring, But It's a Part of My Life: August 2008

It's Boring, But It's a Part of My Life. Undefeated Against Lance Armstrong Since 2007. Sunday, August 3, 2008. I am not even going to bother with the typical format for this post. The past two weeks have been much of the same. A few days a week I doubled and put in around 120 minutes. Other days, I only ran 30 minutes or completely took the day off. I was around 50 miles for each week. From Friday to today, I didn't run a step. Sorry for the pity party of a post, but it's all I've got right now. 2/1/09 ...

Poet lover rebel spy. March 30, 2009, 6:32 pm. Has just released some new data on how Malawians see themselves, their government, the state of the country and their political system and it’s pretty telling. As the reason that Lilongwe is so spread out? What’s telling is that 30% of Malawians believe that the coun...

Annual Leave | Body in Motion

Adventures of a Retired Armchair Traveler. Blog of Diminishing Returns. Emily’s Fancy Pants Malawi Blog. From My Wandering Mind. Less Than a Shoestring. Misadventures in Malawi and Beyond. Poet lover rebel spy. August 27, 2009, 11:19 pm. In this corner of the world, about a month of annual leave seems to be the norm. I just got back from mine to discover that apparently humans aren’t the only ones who need to take a rest to keep up their job function. Owners to retrieve what is left for the salvage yard.
