My paper crafting blog which features my handmade cards. Monday, 7 November 2016. How are you all. The weather has turned really chilly and blustery today but it looked beautiful outside with the sun shining. I just love the way this card turned out. A very CAS card. I framed the image with SW double pierced dies. I have been d...

http://ivyleafcrafts.blogspot.com/2016/06/butterfly-wedding.html
My paper crafting blog which features my handmade cards. Sunday, 26 June 2016. I was asked to create a card for a friend's wedding. I really liked the way it turned out. I used Sue Wilson butterflies in flight cut 4 times for the background out of soft pearl card. This was matted on to milk card. For the focal element I used the heart die set from Paper Artist, I just love this die set, I inked the sentiment while still in the die with Tim Holtz Antique Linen distress ink. Eclectic ellapu - wedding.

Susan Hook's embroidery and crafts. Friday, 15 July 2016. A mixed bag of crafting. I have finally managed to finish my Aran jumper, it seems to have taken for ever. I am pleased with the jumper but my husband doesn't like the colour but being a woman I will take no notice and wear it anyway. This was the first card that I made, I haven't tried the perforating techniques yet so I embossed the pattern and then painted on the reverse,. The next photo is a picture of something my mum found that belonged eith...
