I have started going back to the gym but really want to be careful not to bulk up - think I will do more cardio, swimming and some specific areas with weights as I always get frustrated that I just seemed to keep getting bigger and bigger (even when it was just muscle) in the past , and I'm big enough to be fair. I am pleased that my XL shirts are starting to be loose on me when the XXLs were becoming more commonplace for me to wear.
