Johnny Mac for Mayor. The Ramblings of a Die-Hard Toronto Blue Jays Fan. What is THIS Little Gem…? So I just found THIS GUY. Which shows how likely a team is to make it to the playoffs. This should be certainly taken with a grain of salt, but man-oh-man I’ll be watching this like a hawk. Screengrab from MLB.com. I would imagine it takes into account the strength of schedule remaining, to a limited extent the injuries sustained, etc…. Anyhoo, wanted to throw this out there for anyone who’s interested.

I fell asleep on my palm this morning over breakfast, mid-conversation. That scares me. ANYHOO. All personal baggage aside, I put myself in the GM’s chair for the Toronto Blue Jays, wondering what would be affecting his sleep schedule at this point:. Apparently while at home for the off-season in the Dominican, Edwin took a rocket to the face and was briefly hospitalized with burns to his face. Fortunately he was alright. It would take two more seasons before his prolific near .150 point jump in OPS, but it’s always interesting to look back at moments like these.
