We may not be close, emotionally, or geographically, but the undeniable connection leads us to make journeys toward one another at specified times of re-connecting rituals. There can be great stability in families (even if the stability is sometimes madening and sometimes frustrating, and sometimes even disfunctional) and stability is a good thing. One mans path to continued fitness. Carb Cycling Nutrition Plan. As soon as I wake up. 1 scoops whey protein. 2: whole sunny side up eggs / 1: 100 calorie english muffin. 11am (usually following my workout). 2 scoops of whey. 1 serving of brown rice / 1 serving of chicken tenders from “whole foods”. 1 serving “island vanilla” cereal from kashi / 1: 100 calorie english muffin / 4 egg whites. 1 serving of turkey sausage / 1 boneless skinless chicken breast. 2 servings turkey sausage. 2 scoops casein protein.

Avui he anat al gimnàs a les 7:00 del matí, compromisos familiars han fet que no pugui anar-hi a la hora habitual, que sol ser al migdia. Estava ple de gent! Per sort quasi tots fent cardio. He posat el pes com he pogut, doncs en aquesta màquina el pes que hi posem es un 70% del total, i a més no se quan pesa el carro de la màquina. Etiquetes de comentaris: seguiment.
