In a pan take 2 spoons of oil, do popu when they start to splutter, add ginger garlic paste. Add onions and fry until onions turn to brown colour. Add tomatoes and peas. Saturday, June 16, 2012. Jeedipapu Bhiyam pindi Vadalu. Rice flour – 1 ½ cup. Fried chanadal – ½ cup. Maida – 2 cups. Ghee – 2 spoons. Cashew nuts - 1/4 cup. Grind chanadal to a smooth powder. Now add green chillies, salt, rice flour, maida, ghee, curry leaves, coriander leaves, cashewnuts powder and water to chanadal powder and mix it well. Keep aside for 10 min. Now make green chutney (make a paste of coriander leaves, green chillies, lemon juice and salt). Now make sweet chutney ( add jaggery to tamarind paste to boil, after cooling add salt, shonti, chat masala). Now mix potatoes, pesarlu, yogurt, green chutney and sweet chutney then serve it.
